Sawaed Group Management organized a staff entertaining day to Motiongate Dubai Parks & Resorts on Tuesday 21st November. The fun trip held in the presence of Mr. Hamad Ballaith, Chief Executive Officer of Sawaeed Group. The trip was designed to create a fun environment for employees & creating a team gathering atmosphere, formation of friendships away from formal work, more acquaintance with staff members, and visit tourist areas in the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Ballaith explained that leisure trips raise employee satisfaction rates, which positively reflects on productivity and enhances the spirit of belonging. He added that the trip has seen a great number of staff joining & enjoying a full day at Motiongate, including unlimited meals from all restaurants and enjoy all rides, games and events for free.
