The CEO of Sawaeed Holding has signed the Million Tolerant Covenant, a global humanitarian initiative launched by Dar Zayed for Islamic Culture in Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2019, coinciding with the announcement by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan the year of 2019 as”Year of Tolerance”.
Hamad Ballaith, The CEO of Sawaeed Holding PJSC pointed out that the work culture and code of conduct adopted by Sawaeed Holding and its subsidiaries stipulate the values of tolerance and the promotion of human values as one of the pillars in the daily business interactions in the company, noting that this culture is not a sudden to the UAE as a host country for more than 200 nationalities from different backgrounds And multiple cultures and religions.
Mr. Ballaith praised the efforts of the Zayed House for Islamic Culture to highlight tolerance by launching “Covenant for Millon Tolerant” around the world from the United Arab Emirates, which is a great example of the coexistence of different languages, cultures and religions, which reflects the aspirations of the UAE leadership to promote tolerance values among all community spectra.
